Natalie Kirmayr

Physiotherapist

Book Now: https://inspiritbreath.janeapp.com/#staff_member/1

Natalie Kirmayr is a Physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, licensed in British Columbia since 2016. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, a postgraduate specialization in Sports Physiotherapy, and has completed concussion training with CCMI.

While Natalie has treated a wide range of conditions — from sports injuries and post-surgical rehab to motor vehicle accidents and concussions — her practice has evolved beyond traditional physiotherapy.

Over the years, she began noticing a pattern: many patients were doing everything “right” — exercising, stretching, strengthening — yet still feeling tense, exhausted, or stuck in recurring pain. The missing piece was often not more exercise, but nervous system regulation.

Natalie is also a Certified Functional Breathing Therapist and integrates breathing retraining, hands-on therapy, and movement strategies to help patients shift chronic stress patterns at the root.

Her main goal is to help you develop a breath that supports you 24/7 — at work, during exercise, and in your recovery — not just while you’re in the treatment room.

Natalie’s approach is personalized, practical, and focused on creating long-term resilience rather than temporary relief.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys exploring trails with her family and staying connected to the community she lives and works in.
